Summer Hours
 Please
be advised, that as of July 1st, 2008, Droolin' Devil Fine Foods
will be changing it's hours of operation to Fridays and Saturdays
ONLY during the summer months, and to revert back to our regular
11-6 Tuesday-Saturday in the fall.
We hope that
these new limited hours will not inconvenience any of our local
clients (who are really the only ones impacted by this change) so
please feel free to shop online or contact us for any of your fiery
food needs. 
This in NO
WAY impacts www.unclebig.com. Your orders will be filled in the
same timely manner as before, this only relates to the actual retail
store hours.
Further to that, we are currently discussing adding a local delivery
option to our website for a nominal fee. If that appeals to you,
please feel free to give us your feedback and we will attempt to
make that happen for you.
Have no fear
we're not going anywhere, as a matter of fact we're working on several
new products for your consumption pleasure, one of which will be
launched in the next month or so, as a matter of fact. There's lots
of stuff coming down the pipe in 2008, stay tuned!
We appreciate
all of your retail store patronage over the past (almost) two years,
and please remember, OUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOU, our loyal customers.

Devil's Extremely Wild Garlic Salsa was created for the garlic lover.
It is the next evolution of our Sinfully Wild Garlic Salsa. We took
that recipe, and made it hotter! Not to much, just a little.
It's Red Savina Habanero kick with intense garlic flavour will make
a believer out of you when we say, Heavenly Flavour, Sinfully Good.

Ingredients:
fresh tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers,
Red Savina Habanero peppers, roasted red peppers, jalapeno peppers,
roasted sweet yellow peppers, cilantro, green onions, cider vinegar,
wild garlic, brown sugar, flake sea salt and our sinful blend of
herbs and spices.
